A middle aged man named Olatunde Akapo, has been arrested by the Ogun state police for allegedly killing his neighbour, Augustine Ode with charms.
The accused is said to have hit the deceased with a charm which made him die instantly.
Akapo was arrested after the brother of the deceased lodged a complaint at Ibogun Divisional Headquarters, claiming that 42-year-old Ode had been hit with a charm by someone whom he had a quarrel with, leading to his death.
The case has since been transferred to the homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for further investigation and prosecution of the suspect.
