Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli is having a medical ahead of a proposed season-long loan move to AC Milan. A statement from Milan read: “At 8:26 this morning, Mario Balotelli has arrived to La Madonnina Clinic to undergo today’s medical.”
Negotiations between Liverpool and Milan moved swiftly on Mondayafter Sky Italia reported talks had taken place between the two clubs over a loan deal for the former Inter and Manchester City striker.
Balotelli has endured a miserable spell at Liverpool since joining the club in a £16m deal from Milan last summer. “There’s nothing to add really on any transfers, there’s nothing for me to say,” Rodgers told Sky Sports. -
