     Chelsea Coach, Antonio Conte has praised Cesar Azpilicueta for adapting to the role of centre-back, following Chelsea’s run of five consecutive clean sheets. The Brazilian is being deployed on the right side of Chelsea’s 3-man defence, playing alongside David Luiz and Gary Cahill.
  

 

 And with Chelsea gearing up to face Middlesbrough later after the match begins, Conte has praised his versatility as a defender.   

“Azpi is a fantastic player,” Conte told a news conference at Cobham Training Centre. “Because he can play different roles. But I think the role that he’s playing now is perfect for him.

“He’s playing very well, because he’s fast, he has good technique, good positioning. He’s a clever player. He can play in different roles, but this role I think is perfect for him.”
